Telephone consultations are free of charge. An initial consultation with one of our International Board Certified Lactation Consultants is also free of charge. Follow-up visits, if necessary, have a graduated fee schedule. Services are not denied based on inability to pay. <br /> <br />The Breastfeeding Coalition of Placer County also provides education to health care providers, allied health professionals, and university students pursuing degrees in the health care field through our annual educational conference, in-service training and workshops.
